SailPoint Developer Job Specification:
We are looking for a profile who has minimum 4 years hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management and 3 to 5 years’ hands-on DEVELOPER experience in SailPoint. Candidate must have experience with creating and supporting/improving existing JML custom workflows for SailPoint IIQ automation plus any other SailPoint requirement as per CLS requirement. This role will provide a thorough experience in SailPoint IIQ design, testing, implementation and support. This role will provide an opportunity to enhance their overall skills in development and operations in Identity & Access management domain which is a niche skill in the IT industry in a small company that has a large footprint.
Required Developer experience:
- Preferably from a consultancy background - hence should have worked for international client projects
- Will have strong developer experience in SailPoint IIQ
- Hold official SailPoint IIQ Engineer and Architect qualifications.
- Will have provided operation support to live solutions
- Will be able to build and configure the SailPoint IIQ product
- Will be able to create customized workflows as per CLS requirement from scratch
- Will be able to create customized JML workflows as per CLS requirement from scratch
- Will be able to meet all milestones in time
- Will be able to work effectively with team
- Team training on advanced topics where necessary providing clear documentation
- Implementing all types of connectors, designing workflows where necessary.
- Will have a strong knowledge/experience on RBAC design and implementation
- Have solid experience in onboarding a new authoritative source (Oracle HR system) into SailPoint
Required Operational Experience:
- Candidate will be expected to help with operations in times where development work is not required.
- Will be the customer point of contact for any SailPoint issues.
- Will be responsible for handling all troubleshooting issues
- Will be responsible to handle P1 & P2 issues.
- Will be responsible for new application integration.
- For project work, working to stakeholder agreed timelines using RAG indicators.
- SailPoint Clean-ups
- Experience of Change / Release Management within enterprise environments.
- Mature understanding of SailPoint connector framework including OOTB connector and custom connector development based on the framework - good experience with: AD connector, ServiceNow connector, SCIM/Webservices connector, Hybrid connectors (two or more in one integration)
- Good understanding of onboarding SASS applications and challenges.
- Have experience with scripting.
- Have a security and risk mindset
- Be able to perform root cause analysis and post-mortem on escalations related to access management topics
- Experience with (MSSQL, MySQL)
- He will have experience on certification campaigns
- He will have good understanding of IAM governance and best practices in accordance with company security policy
- Be able to converse with Audit.
- Be able to converse with Stakeholders
- Be able to represent IAM team in meetings
