CLR Live is one of London’s most exciting live music promoters, dedicated to showcasing emerging and established talent across the city’s top venues. We create unforgettable live music experiences, working closely with artists, venues, and industry professionals to bring the best gigs to London.

The Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive intern to join CLR Live for a 3-month internship, gaining hands-on experience in the live music industry. This role is perfect for someone looking to break into music promotion, artist booking, and event logistics. You’ll work closely with our team, supporting the day-to-day operations of CLR Live events and learning the ins and outs of live music promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with artist bookings, liaising with agents, managers, and talent directly.
• Support event logistics, including coordinating schedules, guest lists, and on-the-day operations.
• Handle administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets, managing emails, and organising contracts.
• Help promote events through social media, newsletters, and outreach to media outlets.
• Assist in venue coordination, ensuring smooth communication between CLR Live and our venue partners.
• Provide on-the-ground support at events, ensuring artists, crew, and attendees have a seamless experience.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve CLR Live’s events and branding.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A music lover with a keen interest in the live music industry.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• A great communicator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Someone with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Social media and marketing experience is a plus.
• Experience in event planning, admin, or logistics is beneficial but not essential.
