They are seeking a senior leader to drive digital engagement and creative strategy across Medical Affairs services, including Publications, Medical Education, and Scientific Communications. This role will lead digital innovation, AI-enabled workflows, scientific storytelling, and omnichannel engagement solutions while partnering with client services, scientific, strategy, and technology teams to deliver impactful healthcare communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead digital and creative strategy aligned with business and client goals
  • Drive omnichannel engagement, UX/UI direction, and digital experience execution
  • Implement AI-enabled workflows, modular content, automation, and analytics solutions
  • Support business growth, client partnerships, and strategic pitches
  • Improve operational efficiency, scalable delivery models, and team performance
  • Mentor multidisciplinary global teams and foster innovation and collaboration
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 10+ years’ experience in healthcare/medical communications, pharmaceutical marketing, or Medical Affairs
  • Senior leadership experience with commercial accountability
  • Strong knowledge of Medical Affairs, scientific content, and omnichannel engagement
  • Experience leading global cross-functional teams and client relationships
Preferred
  • Experience integrating AI into creative and digital workflows
  • Knowledge of modular content and healthcare engagement platforms
  • Experience working with distributed/global teams
