We're partnering with a growing medical communications agency to recruit an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join their expanding Medical Affairs team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager ready to take ownership of client programmes, or a Senior Account Manager looking to lead strategic accounts and mentor junior team members.
The Role
You'll act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, leading projects from briefing through to delivery while working closely with scientific, creative, digital and strategy teams. You'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality, while building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
About You
You'll have experience within a medical communications or Medical Affairs agency, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, lead client relationships and oversee budgets. You'll be proactive, commercially aware and confident managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Oncology, advisory boards, expert engagement, congresses, digital programmes or multichannel campaigns would be highly beneficial. Publications experience is an advantage but not essential.
