Brilliant opportunity for a HR Generalist / HR Manager with a strong understanding of HR best practices and Employee Relations for a Temp or Permanent opportunity in London. The right person will be organised, efficient and have great attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a wonderful HR Team. You will coordinate the day-to-day operations of the business support function, be the first point of call for all employee enquiries and work closely with the wider HR team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a forward thinking, ambitious and exciting agency within Medical Communications. The role will see you working across HR Operations, Learning & Development, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Onboarding/Offboarding and HR & IT Systems. This is a brilliant opportunity for somebody working as an experienced HR Manager or HR Generalist looking for their next challenge. You will need :- 3 years minimum experience in a similar level role Thorough knowledge of best practices, employment legislation and Employee Relations Excellent communication skills – both written and oral essential. Excellent IT skills – intermediate level MS Word/Excel essential. Database management experience is an advantage. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information using discretion and confidentiality. Will work well within a team environment and on own initiative.
