CLPM are looking to recruit an experienced senior Quantity Surveyor. If you are a proactive professional who pays attention to detail, then this may be the perfect role for you! Working in the high-end residential and bespoke development commercial marketplace, we are looking for a team player to integrate into our small team.

You will be responsible for both the procurement and cost management process of construction projects valued £200k - £5 million. This role provides scope to take on a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities in a flexible, part-time or full-time capacity. This hybrid role will involve WFH, site visits and a weekly in-person team catch-up.

As an experienced senior level, UK based Quantity Surveyor, you will have managed the relationships with external suppliers, the valuation and payment process with clients and subcontractors, and be used to supporting a team with JCT contractual matters.

PLEASE NOTE: We are only accepting applications from those already based in the UK with a minimum of 10 years’ UK construction contract experience.

The Role: This part-time role includes performing a wide range of tasks including preparing budgets or cost plans, tendering, contract preparation, contract administration (including providing cost for variations, raising certification, completion of final accounts) and the accompanying administrative support to other CLPM team members. The motivation and self-discipline of working remotely from home and visiting site when required is essential.

  • Full or partial RICS qualification ideal
  • UK / EU Driving Licence - ESSENTIAL

We are offering a flexible role that can fit around your lifestyle. A minimum of 24 hours per week will be required along with in-person attendance at a rented office on Tuesdays.
