The Role

We\’re looking for a confident and reliable Duty Manager to help run our busy Chelsea venue. You\’ll be responsible for making sure the centre operates smoothly day to day – from opening up and cashing up, to leading the team and keeping everything safe, clean and welcoming. This role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on, working with people, and creating a great experience for children and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Open or closing the building, ensuring everything is ready for a safe and smooth day.
• Manage the daily running of the centre and handle any issues that come up.
• Lead and support the team during busy periods, especially weekends and events.
• Make sure all health and safety standards are followed at all times.
• Keep the venue clean, tidy and well-presented throughout the day.
• Provide great customer service and deal with queries in a friendly, helpful way.
• Handle cashing up, banking and basic financial reporting.

What We\’re Looking For

• Experience working with children in a similar environment such as leisure, play, hospitality or family entertainment.
• Previous experience leading a small team in a busy customer-facing setting.
• Confident handling cash and basic admin duties.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
