Our business has evolved enormously over the last 17 years, from 18 year old Matt at his parents’ home to the multi award-winning, multi-million pound, industry leading company we are today. We’re proud to be the most in-demand and highest-rated events company in the country… and we plan to keep it that way. That reputation and demand means we’re growing exponentially and forever looking for new amazing people to join us!

About the Role:

We’re looking for a confident, ambitious Account Manager to help us grow our full-service Event Management offering, combining our expertise in production, AV and entertainment into exceptional, end-to-end events for clients across London and beyond. You’ll focus on building long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and matching them with the right blend of services from across Clownfish. That could mean anything from a company summer party with entertainment and AV, to a full-blown brand activation, product launch or high-budget private event. If you’ve got a knack for asking the right questions, spotting opportunities and making clients feel excited and supported, you’ll thrive here.

You’ll be supported by a talented in-house team of creatives, event experts and technicians, and under the direction of our Sales Director. But you will be taking ownership of this pipeline – it will be your relationships to build, and grow, and your targets to smash. We’re after a warm team player who can close a deal, deliver confidently and work with integrity. Someone who can win work and win trust.

What a Day Might Look Like:

  • Receiving enquiries over the phone or email, taking a brief for a full-service event and understanding exactly what the client wants and their pain-points.
  • Collaborating with the Creative and Operations teams to provide clients with beautifully prepared quotes and proposals.
  • Establishing relationships with suppliers who we’ll trust to help us deliver our 5-star events.
  • Meeting a client onsite at their office or venue, and showing up prepared and on-top of every detail.
  • Attending venue openings and other networking events to spot opportunities and build relationships.
  • Overseeing large-scale events hand in hand with our Operations Team and ensuring flawless event delivery.

Reports to: Senior Account Manager (Rebecca Wheatley).

Schedule: Mon-Fri, standard business hours – some flexibility required on event days.

Location: Office-based, with Fridays WFH after onboarding. Occasional on-site on events throughout Greater London.

Bonus: Annual profit share if company targets are hit.
