The predicted salary is between 21000 - 26000 £ per year.

Hours: 14 hours per week (including some evening and occasional weekend work)

Contract: 12 month contract (Maternity Cover)

Location: Home-based, with outreach work into local communities

Salary: £26,226 FTE

Are you passionate, enjoy working with people who have a learning disability, who are autistic or have mental health needs, and want to make a difference? Then we want to hear from you! Experience is helpful but isn’t essential. Having the right attitude is.

‘Self advocacy is having the ability to speak up for yourself and say what is important to you. It is about knowing your rights and responsibilities, so you can decide what is right for you and can help say what might make things better for others.’

Working with the Talking Lincs Self Advocacy Network you will use your excellent communication and collaboration skills and positive attitude to support groups of people with a learning disability, autistic people, those with mental health needs and their carers. You will help to arrange and attend meetings both in person and online, enabling people to connect with each other and other professionals. You will help develop, deliver and grow new groups across North Lincolnshire.
