Cloverleaf Advocacy Ltd seeks an Independent Advocate for Derbyshire to provide person-centered advocacy across Derbyshire and Chesterfield. You will work with people in care settings, at home, and in mental health units, offering face-to-face support and representation in safeguarding processes and best-interest decisions under IMHA/Care Act frameworks.
The role covers a diverse client base including those with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, physical impairments, and mental health issues.
