Job Description Senior Finance Broker \n Finance Broker Package: £35,000 basic salary \n Up to 30% commission \n Location: \n Northampton \n Clover Talent are working with an established business finance brokerage to find an experienced Senior Finance Broker to join their team. \n This is a senior position for someone with a strong background in asset finance or commercial finance, who has a proven track record of generating new business and can manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to completion. \n The Finance Broker role is supported by an in-house marketing function generating leads, alongside the expectation that you will build your own pipeline through new business activity and relationship development. \n The Finance Broker role: \n ·Manage and convert inbound leads generated through marketing \n ·Generate new business through your own network and proactive activity \n ·Develop and manage relationships with clients and introducers \n ·Assess client requirements and structure suitable funding solutions \n ·Manage finance applications from enquiry through to completion \n ·Build and maintain relationships with lenders \n ·Manage your own pipeline and CRM activity \n ·Negotiate terms and progress deals efficiently \n ·Work towards agreed sales and commission targets \n ·Take ownership of your own performance and revenue generation \n What we're looking for: \n ·At least 3 years' experience within asset finance or commercial finance \n ·Proven experience generating new business within financial services \n ·Strong knowledge of unsecured business lending \n ·Experience managing finance applications from enquiry through to completion \n ·A proven ability to develop and manage client and introducer relationships \n ·A strong track record of achieving sales and commission targets \n ·Commercially minded with a strong work ethic \n ·Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills \n ·Proactive, driven and able to work independently \n ·Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment \n If you're an experienced Finance Broker with a strong new business background and are looking for your next opportunity within an established business finance brokerage, get in touch. \n Apply today or contact Danny Mongan at Clover Talent for a confidential conversation. \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
