Reporting to the Operations Manager, our client is recruiting a Production Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of the production operations, helping to ensure safe, efficient and consistent manufacturing performance. The role provides visible, hands-on leadership to production operatives and deputises for the Operations Manager when formally requested. It supports delivery of the production plan, product quality, safety, people coordination, waste reduction and continuous improvement, while maintaining strong operational discipline across the site.
