Clover Maintenance Ltd. has a long and proud history of employing Apprentices. The company specialise in property maintenance in terms of the insurance market and carrying out renovations/repairs after water/fire damage.

What You'll Do

  • Work in compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements to ensure the wellbeing of yourself and others at all times.
  • Promptly report any non-compliance with the construction programme to the appropriate person.
  • Adapt to changes in schedule and requirements as necessary.
  • Prepare the worksite or workshop by selecting appropriate materials and tools for the project.
  • Use and maintain hand tools, power tools, and associated equipment to complete tasks to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and other construction roles, to ensure project success.
  • Safely receive, unload, move, and lift materials to the site, following good handling practices to prevent injury or damage.
  • Maintain a clear and safe worksite, disposing of waste appropriately and sustainably.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about current and future developments in the field.
  • Use the appropriate tools, materials, and equipment to carry out first and second fix site carpenter tasks, including roofs.
  • Perform minor repairs or modifications as needed.
  • Ensure all work conforms to current building regulations, quality standards, and work instructions.

Training Outcome

Permanent role in the company. Possible progression to a Level 3 discipline i.e. trade route or QS/Management.
