Working closely with the Head of Commercial Property, you will engage with a wide range of clients from owner occupiers to large landlords and institutional lenders together with small to medium size businesses on a range of matters including:

  • Sale and purchase of property subject to conditions (including planning);
  • Landlord and Tenant matters;
  • Portfolio management;
  • Secured Lending;
  • Corporate support;
  • Property portfolio financing.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a solid background in Commercial Property work (ideally 10-15 years PQE);
  • Can easily build and maintain relationships with clients;
  • Can fit in quickly with the team, and has some experience of mentoring or developing others;
  • Demonstrates excellent client care skills;
  • Happy to get involved with Business Development and marketing initiatives.

This is a permanent position, but they would also consider applicants looking for a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave if this were preferable.
