A high-profile UK organisation is seeking a number of Non-Executive Directors (NEDs) to strengthen its Board through independent oversight, specialist expertise, and constructive support to the leadership team. The organisation operates in a complex, front facing multi-stakeholder environment and is undergoing meaningful strategic and operational development as it moves into its next exciting phase of development.

- Finance / Risk / Audit / Legal
- Performance Development / Talent Pathways
- Commercial / Media / Partnerships
- Governance / Safeguarding / Regulatory Oversight
What You’ll Do:
- Support and challenge the Executive team on strategy, governance and performance
- Provide independent judgement on risk, assurance and resource allocation
- Help maintain effective relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
- Contribute to organisational sustainability, clarity and accountability
Ideal Background:
- Previous Board or senior governance experience
- Strong ability to build trust and influence
- Clear judgement and political awareness
- Likely experience from sectors such as membership organisations, NFP/charity, community services, regulated environments, leisure or public service
Details:
- Approx. 2-3 days per month
- UK-based, flexible location
- £25,000 per annum + expenses
