We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Worker to provide high‑quality, person‑centred care for a young male client with complex needs, specifically Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide manual handling and personal care for the client.
- Assist with daily living activities as required.
- Ensure the client's health, safety and well‑being during all care activities.
Shift Pattern:
- Monday–Friday: 09:00–10:30, 16:00–17:30, 20:00–21:00
- Saturday & Sunday: 16:30–18:00, 20:00–21:00
