Job Overview We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Support Workers to support a 28-year-old gentleman in his own home in Bury St Edmunds. The individual has a spinal cord injury and requires assistance with personal care, mobility, medication administration, and daily living activities. The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. This role operates on a rota basis (Monday to Sunday), with day and waking night shifts available. Shifts are provided in advance and paid weekly.
