Clover Care Group Ltd is looking for enthusiastic, compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join a dedicated team supporting a young adult with autism and a learning disability in his beautiful, spacious and modern family home.

From creating fun and meaningful activities at home to getting out and about in the community, you'll be part of a supportive 2:1 care team that brings structure, positivity and plenty of encouragement to each day.

The Role You'll provide personalised 2:1 support , both at home and out in the community.
Working hours available:
Monday–Friday: 8:00am–6:00pm
Saturday: 6:00pm–12:00am
Flexible dates to work around your availability
The role is all about creating a safe, positive and enjoyable environment while encouraging independence and making everyday activities engaging and rewarding.
One day might involve supporting routines and activities at home, while another could involve getting out into the community. You'll work alongside another team member, so good communication, consistency and teamwork are really important.
What You'll Be Doing Supporting and encouraging independence with everyday routines
Planning and taking part in fun, positive and structured activities
Supporting community outings and experiences
Assisting with personal care and hygiene when required
Supporting safe and enjoyable mealtimes
Building a positive and trusting relationship
Providing reassurance during periods of anxiety or distress
Recognising changes in wellbeing and responding appropriately
Following individual care and support plans
Working closely with your teammate to provide consistent, person-centred support
Helping to create a calm, safe and enjoyable environment
