Live-in Support Worker Opportunity
Clover Care Group is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dedicated Live-in Support Worker to support a 60-year-old female in her family home in Colchester.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centred care to an individual living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) who requires specialist clinical support.
Due to the complexity of this package, applicants must have previous experience supporting individuals with:
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilator care
- PEG feeding
- Cough Assist
- Airway management
The successful candidate will work on a 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off rota, living in the client's home during their working period. Weekly pay and a food allowance are provided.
The Role
As a Live-in Support Worker, you will deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred care in accordance with the individual's care plan.
- Provide all aspects of personal care and support with daily living activities.
- Safely administer PEG feeds and maintain PEG care.
- Deliver tracheostomy care, including routine monitoring and airway management.
- Support the safe use and monitoring of the ventilator. xgikmsk
