We are looking for a caring, reliable and experienced Domiciliary Care Worker to join our team supporting a gentleman living with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) in Woodbridge, Suffolk. This role is a great opportunity for someone with a background in domiciliary care who wants to make a real difference while developing their experience within complex care.
The Role
Your role will be to provide additional support during scheduled visits, working with a Support Worker, particularly with moving and handling, personal care and day-to-day support. You will help ensure care is delivered safely, respectfully and in a way that promotes the client's comfort, dignity, independence and quality of life.
Working Hours
- Monday-Friday: 09:00-10:30, 16:00-17:30, 21:30-22:30
- Saturday: 10:00-11:30, 16:30-18:00
- Sunday: 10:30-12:00, 16:30-18:00

We are looking for someone who has experience in domiciliary care or a similar care environment, with a genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred support. You should be:
