Live-In Complex Care Worker2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off | Female Carers OnlyClover Care Group is looking for an experienced Female Complex Care Worker to join a dedicated live-in care package supporting an adult client with a high-level spinal cord injury and tetraplegia. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced carer who is confident providing complex clinical care and is passionate about supporting dignity, independence and quality of life. The RoleThis is a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off live-in position, providing consistent, person-centred support within the client's home. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care, dressing and support with daily living
- Hoisting, transfers, positioning and repositioning
- Pressure care, pressure relief and wound management
- Suprapubic catheter care
- Ileostomy and stoma care
- Medication administration
- Respiratory monitoring and support
- Safe eating and drinking
- Choking and aspiration risk management
- Supporting independence and established routines
- Supporting meaningful activities and quality of life
- Using specialist care equipment safely and confidently
- Recognising changes in condition and escalating concerns appropriately
