Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Complex Care Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to an 81-year-old gentleman in his own home in Thatcham.
The individual is living with vascular dementia and reduced mobility and requires person-centred support to maintain comfort, independence, dignity, and wellbeing within his home environment.
This is a Monday to Sunday rota-based position, with shifts provided in advance.
You will be paid weekly.
