This is a full-time/part-time position on-site at the clients house, for a Complex Care Support Worker located in South Hampton area. The Complex Care Support Worker will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to young clients with complex needs. Daily tasks include assisting with personal care, administering medication, monitoring health conditions, swimming, rehabilitation and providing emotional support. The support worker will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.
