The Role
We are recruiting compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to support individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities. This role involves providing structured, consistent support while understanding sensory needs, communication differences, and behaviours that may challenge.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred support tailored to individuals with Autism and LD
- Support structured routines and predictability to promote emotional wellbeing
- Use autism-friendly communication techniques and approaches
- Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans and risk assessments
- Support with daily living tasks, including personal care where required
- Promote independence, social inclusion, and life skills development
