Job Purpose

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care to individuals with complex mental health conditions. You will support service users to achieve their personal goals, manage risks, and live as independently as possible within a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual support plans and risk assessments
