Live-in Support Worker Opportunity Clover Care Group is seeking a compassionate, patient, and dedicated Live-in Support Worker to support a 23-year-old woman in her own home in Dereham .
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide person-centred support to a young woman living with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Tourette syndrome , helping her to live independently while promoting her wellbeing, confidence, and quality of life.
The successful candidate will work on a live-in rota (rota pattern to be discussed during the recruitment process).
Weekly pay and a food allowance are provided.
The Role As a Live-in Support Worker, you will provide practical, emotional, and social support, helping to create a calm, structured, and reassuring environment while encouraging independence and choice.
Encourage participation in hobbies, interests, and community activities.
Assist with appointments and community access where required.
Work collaboratively with family members and healthcare professionals.
A full UK driving licence is desirable.
