Role Overview The Clinical Lead in Community Care provides strategic and clinical leadership across community-based services, ensuring safe, inclusive, and person-centred care. This role is pivotal in shaping responsive care pathways, empowering frontline teams, and embedding service user voice in every aspect of delivery. Ideal applicants will be covering the East of England area, covering complex care packages across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex. This is a pivotal role within Clover Care Group. You will combine clinical expertise with strong leadership, supporting our nursing and care teams to deliver safe, effective and genuinely person-centred care. Working across a portfolio of complex care packages, you will help ensure that clinical standards remain consistently high, risks are effectively managed, and our teams have the knowledge, confidence and support they need to deliver exceptional care.
