Clover Care is recruiting experienced Live-in Carers to support individuals across multiple care packages in the Suffolk area. You will stay in the clients home for an agreed period, providing personalised care, companionship and practical support to help them live safely and independently.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing one-to-one care within the clients home
- Supporting personal care, dressing and mobility
- Assisting with medication within your assessed competencies
- Preparing meals and supporting nutrition and hydration
- Completing light household duties
- Supporting appointments, activities and community access
- Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any changes or concerns
- Following individual care plans and risk assessments
- Maintaining clear and accurate care records
Depending on the package, experience may be required in:
- Elderly and dementia care
- Mental health or learning disability support
- Autism and behaviours that challenge
- Neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries
- Complex care and physical disabilities
- PEG feeding, epilepsy or medication support
- Palliative and end-of-life care
- Moving and handling
