Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care for a female client with complex needs. Due to the nature of the role, which includes providing personal and intimate care, this position is open to female applicants only. This is in accordance with the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1, relating to genuine occupational requirements. The service user has complex care needs, and experience in tourettes, OCD, autism would be ideal. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those in their care, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while developing valuable skills in Complex Care and more. You will be working on a full-time rota which will be given to you 3 months in advance, and you will be paid weekly. There are working days and night available. Responsibilities * Deliver personalised patient care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support * Administer medication and monitor health conditions in accordance with care plans * Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Experience * Previous experience in Complex Care is essential * Knowledge of patient care practices, including medication administration and behaviour management * At least 6 months Complex UK care experience * Valid driving licence is preferred for this role involving transportation responsibilities * Personal Care * PLEASE NOTE THAT NO SPONSORSHIP IS AVAILABLE WITH THESE POSITIONS These roles offers a rewarding career path for those passionate about providing compassionate care across diverse settings and we provide training, as well as continual professional development to enhance your career in care.
