We are looking for a highly organised and people-focused Recruitment & Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring we attract, recruit, and deploy high-quality staff while maintaining excellent service to both candidates and clients.

You will be responsible for managing recruitment campaigns, working on board jobs, building strong candidate relationships, coordinating rotas, and ensuring full compliance with employment and sector-specific legislation.

As Recruitment & Staffing Coordinator, you will:

  • Manage recruitment databases accurately and in line with company systems
  • Support recruitment administration and compliance
  • Monitor KPIs, recruitment targets, and service levels
  • Ensure all recruitment activity meets employment law, sector regulations, and company standards
  • Manage staff rotas, shift planning, and communication
  • Arrange cover for sickness, holidays, and unplanned absences to ensure continuity of care

Experience in recruitment, staffing, or workforce coordination

Confidence working with databases and recruitment systems

Understanding of employment legislation and compliance (training can be provided)
