Hands-on Head of Engineering/ Tech Lead role with a salary of up to £130k, focusing on Ruby on Rails. This position is for the first developer hire in a company transitioning from working with a consultancy to building an in-house team.
The successful candidate will:
- Be involved in creating the tech culture
- Build out a small team of Ruby Engineers
- Ensure a smooth transition away from the consultancy

Requirements include:

- Deep architecture experience
Location: London - Hybrid work model with 1 day a week on-site or more if preferred.
