We are seeking a full-time Corporate Solicitor to join our team in Greater Manchester. In this on-site role, you will provide expert legal advice and support in corporate and commercial matters, including:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Managing transactions
- Assisting with regulatory compliance
- Advising clients on intellectual property matters
- Collaborating across departments to promote and help grow the department’s profile
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of handling various corporate transactions
- Experience of drafting shareholder and investment agreements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in collaborative team environments
- Solicitor qualification (SRA) with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in relevant fields
- Demonstrated commercial awareness and client-focused approach
