The project is a large-scale, secure operational facility being delivered through a Public Private Partnership (PPP) and joint venture model, bringing together some of the country’s most experienced construction, engineering and service delivery organisations. About the Role
Based in Templeton, Christchurch and reporting to the People & Culture Manager, the HR Administrator provides essential administrative support across HR and people-related activities on the project. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate HR records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinating systems and documentation, and assisting with day-to-day people operations to support strong workforce outcomes.
