We are looking for a staff-level product manager focused on building AI-driven solutions that solve real customer problems and deliver measurable business impact. The role focuses on helping teams continuously discover, validate, and launch AI-powered features that enhance the intelligence, automation, and usability of our platform.Our customers love our product, and as we expand into more advanced AI and machine learning capabilities, we aim to deliver predictive insights, intelligent automation, and highly personalized experiences.
What You\’ll DoLead product discovery for AI-powered features by working closely with design, engineering, and data science partners in cross-functional teams.
Ensure solutions are viable, valuable, and deeply aligned with customer needs, especially around automation, prediction, and decision-making at scale.
Be accountable for the success of every launch, measuring product quality and business/customer impact against clearly defined outcomes.
Shape the AI roadmap by incorporating customer discovery, competitive research, and internal analytics to prioritize high-impact work.
Work with internal stakeholders to translate complex AI functionality into customer-facing value propositions that drive engagement and adoption.
Partner with sales, customer success, and product marketing to effectively launch and position new AI-driven capabilities.
Evaluate build vs. buy decisions for AI features or integrations, balancing cost, speed, and differentiation.
Develop prototypes, scope features, and write detailed requirements for intelligent product functionality.
Stay connected to the broader AI and cloud-native ecosystem to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
What We\’re Looking For7+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ideally in B2B and/or data-heavy environments.
Proven experience bringing AI/ML-powered features to market or partnering closely with data science/ML teams.
Strong understanding of AI concepts (e.g., LLMs, machine learning workflows, model performance, data governance); you don\’t need to code, but you should be comfortable asking how the model works and why it matters.
Ability to prioritize effectively in ambiguous spaces and make strategic decisions backed by customer insights and technical trade-offs.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; you know how to pitch a roadmap to leadership and simplify complex ideas for any audience.
Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and experimentation.
Based in Boston/New England and open to a hybrid model (in-office a few days per week).
