- Proven experience bringing AI/ML-powered features to market or partnering closely with data science/ML teams.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts (e. g., LLMs, machine learning workflows, model performance, data governance); you don’t need to code, but you should be comfortable asking how the model works and why it matters.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in ambiguous spaces and make strategic decisions backed by customer insights and technical trade-offs.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; you know how to pitch a roadmap to leadership and simplify complex ideas for any audience.
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and experimentation.
- Based in Boston/New England and open to a hybrid model (in-office a few days per week).
- About Cloud Zero
Cloud cost management is a major challenge for organizations today.
As cloud adoption accelerates, so do complexities and costs — and macroeconomic conditions increase pressure to prove cloud efficiency.
We built Cloud Zero, a Saa S platform at the intersection of next-generation cloud cost management and Fin Ops.
Cloud Zero ingests billing and usage data from cloud, Saa S, and Paa S providers, organizes it in real time by customers’ business structures, and enables viewing at any level of time or resource granularity to help customers make informed decisions.
Since our founding in 2016, our mission has been to make efficient innovation a reality for every cloud-driven organization.
At Cloud Zero, we believe every engineering decision is a buying decision, yet the cost conversation often bypasses engineers who drive those determinations.
We’ve built a dynamic, single-page application that answers the complex, data-heavy questions every cloud-based organization needs to ask to grow profitably.
We’ve raised over $119 million, including a $56 million Series C, and we’re growing rapidly.
We’d love for you to join us.
