CloudTen Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repairs to uphold high property quality and curb appeal. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and cost control.
Hourly pay range: $25.00 - $27.00 DOE.
You’ll address tenant requests within 24 hours and help keep common areas in pristine condition, ensuring vacancies are rent-ready within 3–5 days.
