Job Description
We at CloudStone Education are looking to recruit SEN Learning Support Assistants to assist within the SEND department of a superb college located in Newcastle to start September.
Contract Type: 30 hours per weekStart Date: September 2025Location: NewcastleSalary: £13.21 per hourHours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Term Time Only)

The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Experience and knowledge of working within a SEND department or working with pupils who may have learning differences (Desirable)
- The ability to support your key students in multiple settings: 1:1, within group settings and inside the classroom environment
- To use your initiative and lead by example
- To be friendly and professional in your approach to staff & pupils alike
- You must have excellent time management and organizational skills
- You must always carry yourself in a friendly and professional manner
- Psychology graduates and graduates who are looking to train to become teachers are hugely desirable!
