Working Days: Monday-Friday 9-5 (part time/flexible positions are also available, please enquire to discuss)
Hourly Rate: Β£13.50-Β£14.50 per hour dependant on experience

Cloud-stone Education are seeking friendly and professional receptionists that are looking to work within the education industry such as a school or college. As a company, we work with education settings across the Northeast region, and specialise in securing people job placements within the education industry on both a contract and permanent basis. The work we offer is flexible, tailored to your specific needs, and we will help you along the way in securing your next job role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members.
- Greeting and assisting visitors with signing in, ensuring they feel welcome and are directed to the right place.
- Managing the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Handling general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Must be on the DBS Update Service, or willing to apply for an enhanced DBS check (police check).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
