Cloudsoft is seeking a junior marketing professional with a passion for cloud technologies to join our growing team. This role will support the creation of compelling technical content, customer case studies, and go-to-market messaging—and will take the lead in building a structured documentation library that highlights our engineering capabilities and project work. You’ll work closely with engineers, product leads, and sales to create content that showcases our consulting services, platform strengths, and technical partnerships. You’ll also help formalise how we describe and organise reusable content across engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and edit technical marketing content such as case studies, blog posts, solution briefs, and LinkedIn posts.
- Translate engineering concepts into accessible language for enterprise and cloud-native audiences.
- Build and maintain a searchable library of documentation that covers our engineering patterns, integrations, and reusable assets.
- Create and maintain internal and external-facing documentation for service offerings and reference architectures.
- Interview engineers and customers to develop detailed writeups of Cloudsoft’s project work and outcomes.
- Collaborate on the development of product messaging frameworks and sales enablement materials.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years in a marketing, content, or technical writing/documentation role.
- Exposure to or interest in infrastructure-as-code (IaC), Kubernetes, and application performance monitoring (APM).
- Experience creating documentation, wikis, or internal knowledgebases.
- Strong writing and editing skills, including the ability to adjust tone for technical vs business audiences.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern engineering workflows.
- Self-starter who can manage projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
