We are looking for a relentless, results-driven Sales Executive to champion our Salesforce solutions within the UK market. This is not an order-taking role; it is a strategic "hunter" position for a professional who thrives on complex deal cycles and speaks fluent Digital Transformation.
Your primary goal is to drive New Business Revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing Salesforce implementation and consultancy deals with UK-based clients. You will act as the bridge between client business challenges and our technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Execute aggressive outbound strategies (cold calling, social selling via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, networking) to penetrate the UK sector.
- Build and maintain a 3x-4x pipeline coverage relative to your quota.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (Revenue, Meetings Booked, Proposals Sent).
- Stay ahead of UK industry trends and Salesforce updates (Winter/Summer releases) to identify new opportunities for digital transformation.
- Collaborate with Pre‑Sales Engineers to craft bespoke Salesforce demonstrations and proposals that solve specific client pain points.
- Navigate complex organizations to build relationships with key decision‑makers (CIOs, CTOs, Sales Directors).
- Manage the full sales cycle from "Lead" to "Closed‑Won," ensuring high‑value contract negotiation and margin preservation.
- Experience: 3‑5+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically within the SaaS, Tech Consultancy, or Salesforce Partner ecosystem.
- Proven track record of selling into the United Kingdom market. You understand the business culture, communication nuances, and expectations of UK buyers.
- You don’t need to be a developer, but you must be able to articulate the value of the Salesforce Customer 360 (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Experience Cloud).
- Track Record: verifiable history of hitting or exceeding quotas (e.g., President’s Club, Top Biller).
- Competitive base salary with an uncapped, accelerator-based commission structure.
- Work on high-impact projects with leading international brands.
- Clear pathways to Sales Leadership or Key Account Management.
- We provide the best tools (Salesforce, Slack, LinkedIn Sales Nav, etc.) to help you win.
- Modern hybrid/remote working environment tailored to align with UK business hours.
