We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to own and optimize our key digital channels. This role is central to generating pipeline and maximizing the efficiency of our marketing spend. You will be the owner of our paid media strategy and responsible for turning data into actionable insights that fuel our growth.

The Role

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of our digital channels:

Paid & Digital Channel Management

  • Strategy & Execution: Own the full lifecycle of paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads (Search/Display), Reddit Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other relevant platforms.
  • New channels: Rapidly identify, test, and scale new marketing channels – whilst developing a framework for quick experimentation to assess channel viability and performance.
  • Budget Management: Manage the paid media budget, allocating spend based on performance and pipeline targets to maximize ROI and efficiency.

Social Media: Develop and execute a B2B‑focused content promotion strategy across LinkedIn and other key social channels to drive traffic and engagement.

Optimization & Conversion

  • Landing Page Optimization: Continuously A/B test high‑converting landing pages and ad creative/copy to improve conversion rates (CPA/CPL).
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Own the entire end‑to‑end web conversion funnel, relentlessly A/B testing landing pages, forms, and call‑to‑actions to maximize the efficient conversion of anonymous visitors into high‑quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

Reporting & Analysis

  • Performance Tracking: Define, monitor, and report on key metrics across all channels, including CPL, CPA, MQLs, SQLs, and Marketing ROI.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance summaries, clearly identifying trends, opportunities, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Utilize multi‑touch attribution reports to evaluate channel ROI and make decisions based on data to optimize and shift marketing spend for maximum pipeline impact.

Required Experience, Qualities & Skills

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of hands‑on experience in growth or performance marketing, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Channel Expertise: Deep, demonstrable expertise in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns with a strong focus on generating pipeline and awareness.
  • Data Proficiency: Highly analytical and proficient with reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, BI Tools) and experience working within a CRM/Marketing Automation ecosystem.
  • A/B Testing: Proven track record of running successful A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets.
  • Self‑Starter: The ability to operate autonomously in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing high‑impact work with limited supervision.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.

  • Experience managing organic social media strategy in a B2B environment.
  • Knowledge and experience within DevOps.
