The Role

Cloudsmith is looking for a strategic and hands-on Campaign Marketing Manager to lead the planning, orchestration, and execution of integrated campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and pipeline across our target market of DevOps managers in medium and large enterprises. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering measurable impact through coordinated, digital-first programs and who understands how to align campaigns across channels, personas, and stages of the buyer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, webinars, video, and written content
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, DevRel, Sales, and the broader GTM org to align campaign strategy with business priorities and messaging themes
  • Define campaign objectives, audience targeting, and performance metrics while ensuring campaigns are tailored to distinct personas and buying stages
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and interdependencies across multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Partner with content and design teams to develop assets and messaging frameworks that power each campaign
  • Coordinate campaign execution across digital channels including marketing automation, advertising platforms, and landing pages
  • Leverage relationships with strategic technical partners to help produce campaign content and increase campaign reach
  • Report on campaign performance, optimize based on insights, and share learnings across the organization

Required Experience, Qualities & Skills

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in campaign, digital, or demand generation marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or DevOps-focused company
  • A track record of delivering results across pipeline, lead acquisition, and campaign influence metrics
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces across stakeholders, vendors, and internal contributors
  • A strategic thinker who can connect campaign plans to broader GTM initiatives and business outcomes
  • Experience working in or alongside content marketing with a strong sense of how storytelling and messaging enhance performance
  • Comfort working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving environment
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), webinar software, analytics tools, and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Experience marketing to technical audiences (developers, platform teams, security roles)
  • Familiarity with software supply chain concepts or artifact management
  • Experience running global or account-based campaigns
