The Role

We’re building two new and distinct design teams inside Cloudsmith; one focused on our web applications and digital products (things that live in the browser), the other on our brand, experiences, communications and marketing solutions.

This role sits within the first team, working on New Customer Experiences.
Key Responsibilities
This role will focus on:

  • The ongoing development of our website, cloudsmith.com - building out new experiences to communicate our value to prospective customers

  • Building out our public data hub, cloudsmith.com/navigator - enhancing it to surface more data from the Cloudsmith ecosystem

  • Enhancing our documentation - ensuring customers, often new customers, can self-serve

  • Onboarding flows into our product - refining how customers get started with our product, what they should do first etc.

Required Experience, Qualities & Skills

  • You must live in either the UK or Ireland to be eligible for this role and visa sponsorship is not available at this time

  • 5+ years working on front-end projects - with extensive experience in HTML, CSS, JS

  • 3+ years experience developing web applications in React and/or NextJS

  • Experience working with Sanity CMS and/or other headless content management tools a plus

  • Good understanding of design practice and deliverables; working with design component libraries, design systems, Figma etc.

  • Excellent attention to detail, and a portfolio of work you can point to - built, shipped, available
