Technical Project Manager | Fully Remote | Up to £65,000 We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager to join a growing insurance technology business on a fully remote basis. This is a broad role where you’ll take ownership of multiple projects from initial scoping through to delivery, working closely with clients, Developers, QA and Systems Administration teams. You’ll be responsible for understanding client requirements, building project plans, estimating costs and timelines, managing risks and dependencies, coordinating internal teams and making sure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You’ll act as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, keeping clients updated on progress, priorities, timelines and any issues that need resolving. The role also includes line management responsibility for members of the QA and Development teams, including 1:1s, performance management, workload planning, coaching and team development. Strong Project Management experience • Experience working in software, SaaS, technology or a similar technical environment • Confidence managing multiple projects at once • Strong client facing and stakeholder management skills • Jira or similar project management tools • Strong Excel and documentation skills • A good understanding of databases • Fully Remote, UK This is a great opportunity for someone who wants genuine ownership across project delivery, client management and people leadership.
