This specific role is perfect for a driven and results-oriented individual who is passionate about technology and enjoys sales. As a SaaS Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our company's growth, driving the acquisition of new customers for CRI.
What will you be doing?
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our growth objectives.
- Support business leadership by leading and managing the sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and close.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and outreach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with sales goals and drive demand generation.
What will you need to do it?
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points, needs, and goals, and position our platform as the ideal solution.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Customize and tailor sales approaches based on customer requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms, close deals, and ensure a smooth handoff to the customer success team for onboarding.
- Track and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
- Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between product offerings and customer needs.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions, helping to guide future product features and enhancements.
- Partner with the marketing team to optimise lead generation efforts, including feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Proven ability to lead work at sustained levels of high intensity, and inspire drive and resilience in others. Proven ability to analyse problems, identify core issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Experience in and an understanding of the business risks faced by clients within a specific industry and the impact to their business. Good networking skills and ability to interact with clients.
Skills we'd love to see/Amazing Extras:
- Recognised risk qualifications (e.g. CBCI, CISSP, CISM, etc.).
- Experience of Licensing with the IT Space.
- Proven experience in sales (preferably experience in SaaS sales), excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the SaaS business model.
