You will help coordinate live projects, support bids and statements of work, manage delivery risks, track budgets and dependencies, and improve the way we operate. You will work with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and the partner organisations we work alongside. You will be learning every day about how a high‑growth national security technology business works. Candidates must hold or be eligible to hold a UKSV SC or DV clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Help manage and coordinate engineering and delivery projects across CloudSecure's national security portfolio.
  • Work with client stakeholders, private‑sector collaborators, internal engineering teams, and business teams to keep delivery moving.
  • Track project plans, actions, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
  • Make sure the right people have the right information at the right time.
  • Escalate issues clearly and early when delivery, budget, scope, or quality is at risk.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and milestones.
  • Support meetings by preparing materials, capturing actions, and following through on decisions.
  • Support the operational management of the national security business.
  • Help the head of national security track priorities, resourcing, commercial commitments, and delivery risks.
  • Maintain clear reporting across active work, upcoming opportunities, and operational issues.
  • Coordinate inputs from engineering, operations, finance, security, and leadership teams.
  • Help improve internal routines, delivery processes, and management information as the business grows.

Commercial & Bid Support

  • Assist with bids, proposals, statements of work, framework responses, and commercial opportunities.
  • Gather and coordinate inputs from technical, delivery, finance, and commercial teams.
  • Help turn complex technical and operational information into clear, accurate written material.
  • Track bid deadlines, responsibilities, clarifications, and submission requirements.
  • Support the management of frameworks and related commercial obligations.

Skills & Qualities

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several workstreams at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working across technical, commercial, operational, and security topics.
  • Able to build credibility with engineers, business teams, customers, and partners.
  • Detail‑orientated without losing sight of the wider objective.
  • Willing to take ownership of important work and follow through.
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable with changing priorities.
  • Interested in national security, technology, and high‑trust delivery.
  • Interested in using artificial intelligence systems to improve delivery, reporting, and operational processes.

Why This Role?

  • Work directly with the head of a fast‑growing national security business.
  • Take on real responsibility across live projects, bids, customers, partners, and internal operations.
  • Learn how complex technology work is sold, shaped, delivered, and scaled in a critical sector.
  • Join a high‑agency, low‑bureaucracy company that values people who take ownership.
  • Build a path towards broader delivery, programme, commercial, or operational leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in project delivery, operations, consulting, commercial support, account management, or a similar coordination‑heavy role.
  • Experience working with technical teams, engineering projects, government customers, defence, national security, or regulated sectors.
  • Familiarity with bids, proposals, statements of work, supplier management, or commercial frameworks.
