We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team building cloud services to support the UK's most pressing and interesting security challenges. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of AWS/Azure, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps practices/tooling and modern security patterns.
Responsibilities:
- Build DevOps products and solutions to address customers' challenges.
- Work across a range of greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Deliver technical excellence whilst making pragmatic engineering tradeoffs.
- Participate in architectural discussions and design exercises.
- Employ and follow security practices.
- Employ customer-facing skills within the customer’s environment and drive discussions with technical and operational teams.
- Work with customers and other suppliers to gather and shape requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with AWS/Azure and other DevOps tooling in high-security environments.
- Hands-on expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools including Terraform.
- Strong presentation and knowledge sharing skills with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organisations.
- Able to communicate with customers and challenge thinking when needed.
- Consulting skills to solve customer problems, and the ability to manage ambiguity.
- UK NATIONAL AWS Certifications at Associate level.
