One of our Customers is seeking an in-house SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central (EC):

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Employee Central, including Foundation Objects, MDF, Business Rules, Workflows, Position Management and Role-Based Permissions.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, organisational structures and employee data.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Support data migration, integrations, SIT, UAT, go-live and post-implementation activities.
- Strong practical experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation.
- Experience in implementation, configuration and support projects.
- Knowledge of EC data models, MDF, Business Rules, Workflows and RBP.
- Experience configuring compensation templates, budgets, guidelines and planning cycles.
- Understanding of data migration, integrations, testing and defect resolution.
