Role:

  • Lead System Implementation: Drive the end-to-end migration from legacy platforms to modern global cloud software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle).
  • Optimize Business Processes: Redesign and standardize global payroll and time-tracking workflows to eliminate manual errors.
  • Manage Project Delivery: Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and budget adherence for the transformation roadmap.
  • Govern Compliance: Direct system configurations to strictly adhere to international tax laws, labor regulations, and GDPR data privacy standards.
  • Oversee Data Strategy: Manage the data cleansing, extraction, and secure migration of sensitive employee records between systems.
