We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our growing team and support the design, configuration, implementation, testing and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

We welcome applications from experienced SAP SuccessFactors professionals as well as candidates who may not currently have experience across every area listed below but have relevant SAP, HR systems, payroll, time management, integration or implementation experience and demonstrate a strong willingness and ability to learn.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, functional consultants and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• - Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• - Participate in workshops, business process mapping and solution-design activities.
• - Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors modules based on agreed business requirements.
• - Support new implementations, system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• - Prepare functional, configuration, process and technical documentation.
• - Perform system configuration, unit testing, integration testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• - Analyse system issues, troubleshoot problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
• - Support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, payroll and other enterprise systems.
• - Work closely with HR, Payroll, Time Management, Integration and technical teams to ensure successful end-to-end processes.
• - Support data migration, data validation and system-testing activities where required.
• - Assist with SuccessFactors releases, upgrades, regression testing and system changes.
• - Deliver knowledge transfer, user support and post-go-live assistance.
• - Maintain appropriate project documentation and provide regular progress updates.
• - Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and system functionality.
• - Ensure solutions follow SAP SuccessFactors best practices and agreed project standards.
