CloudScope are recruiting for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a growing and dynamic IT Managed Service Provider based near Norwich. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a wide range of local businesses, supporting their IT infrastructure both remotely and on-site.

We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of IT support experience, ideally in a client-facing role or with excellent communication skills.

The Role

  • Provide 2nd line support to a portfolio of over 300 local businesses
  • A mix of field-based and remote work
  • Install and maintain PCs and network devices
  • Install servers and manage server environments
  • Assist with project management on IT infrastructure projects

The Candidate

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT support
  • Experience with Office 365
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows networks and Windows operating systems
  • Hands-on experience supporting, implementing, and troubleshooting Windows desktop OS, networks, and some server environments
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills

Desirable

  • Microsoft certification (e.g. MCP)
  • Previous experience working within a managed services environment
